Our expertise & services

Because inequalities in access to information are at the heart of the greatest injustices today, Libraries Without Borders works in 50 countries to empower people to be autonomous and to thrive through open and free access to education and culture.

From young Rohingya refugees to teenagers in the northern districts of Marseille, from Burundian street children to laundromat users in the United States, we have helped change the lives of more than six million people.

Our ambition: strengthen the capacities of populations around major issues that make up today’s world. To this end, we support our partners in nine areas.
