In Mbé, the historic capital of the Téké Kingdom, BSF supported the creation of a documentation and archive center dedicated to preserving Téké history and heritage, while providing children and residents with access to educational resources.

In Brazzaville, BSF strengthened the library of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by expanding its collections, digitizing its systems, and training its staff. BSF also improved teacher training at the École normale supérieure, notably by providing an Ideas Cube and educational resources that promote innovative teaching practices.
